On the first day of our kitchen spraying service, our team will arrive at your home, ready to get started. We'll begin by assessing your kitchen cabinets, doors, and drawer fronts. Then, we'll move on to removing all the doors and drawer fronts, a task that typically takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your kitchen's size. Normally all the customers belongings can stay in the cupboards at this stage and the kitchen is still fully useable.

Once we have all the pieces, they're transported to our dedicated workshop, where the real transformation begins. At the workshop, both sides of each door and drawer front are given a deep clean to get rid of any residues and grease. After the cleaning, they're sanded down, ensuring a smooth surface ideal for spraying.

Priming is up next. Every piece receives a coat of our high-quality primer, laying a solid foundation for the Top coats. We then apply the top coats on both sides of the doors and drawers, ensuring a uniform and impeccable finish. Keep in mind, the entire door spraying journey at our workshop can span anywhere from 2 to 6 days. This time allows us to maintain precision, cater to each detail, and let the pieces dry adequately in a controlled, dust-free setting.

Now that we've got the doors and drawers finished and drying in our workshop, this stage focuses on getting the main kitchen space ready.

Masking off your kitchen is our first task. Depending on the size of your kitchen, this can take us anywhere from 1 to 3 days. Now, you might be wondering about access to your kitchen during this time. In most scenarios, you'll find that your kitchen is out of commission for only about one day/night. This is because we leave access to the important this like cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine etc until are ready to start spraying. We ensure all cabinets are entirely sealed before the spraying begins. We also meticulously cover all worktops, appliances, floors, and walls, ensuring that they're safeguarded from any potential paint overspray. Our mantra is simple: "Do it right, keep it clean."

After the protective measures are in place, we focus on the on-site kitchen elements. This means giving the end panels, visible edges, kickboards, and plinths a thorough rub down. For this, we use our advanced dustless sanders, ensuring minimal airborne dust and a smooth finish. Post-sanding, a deep clean and degreasing session ensures that everything's pristine and ready for the main event: the spraying.

With everything prepped and primed, we proceed to spray the on-site elements. As with everything we do, precision is key. After the spraying is complete and the finish is set and dry, we can start the demasking process, revealing your rejuvenated kitchen space.

Once the kitchen doors and drawers are dried to perfection, each piece is carefully packed, ensuring its safe transportation back to your home.

Our kitchen spraying team then dives right in, refitting the doors and drawer fronts back where they belong. This process usually takes between 2 to 5 hours. Occasionally, to achieve that seamless look, we might need to apply fresh silicone in specific areas, ensuring there are no gaps or uneven edges.
